Your down payment reserves the vehicle for 72 hours. We must be able to contact you by phone or email within that time to verify and confirm your intent to purchase. You can change your mind at any time and your entire down payment will be refunded without further obligation. During busy periods, it is possible that a customer in our dealership is making a down payment on a vehicle at the same time that an online customer is reserving the same vehicle. It is therefore important that we be able to contact you and confirm the availability of the vehicle you are interested in.
