The Transit provides two 3.5-liter V6 engine options. The standard engine produces 275 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, while the EcoBoost upgrade delivers 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Both engines use a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive can be added for extra capability. Maximum towing capacity is 4,500 pounds with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package.
